On March 14, 2006 at approximately 11:30 am/CST, a Lee County Sheriff's Deputy executed a traffic stop on a 2003 Silverado pickup truck pulling a trailer on Lee Road 230 in Smiths Station.  The trailer being pulled had a flat tire.  The driver of the vehicle, Gordon Eugene Napier, age 41 of Phenix City, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Parahernaila.  The two passengers, Chasity Hope Tice, age 20 of Smiths Station and Myrna Lou Gregory, age 20 of Smiths Station, were both arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree, and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

On March 14, 2006 at approximately 7:10 pm/CST, a Lee County Sheriff's Deputy executed a traffic stop on a 1993 Ford Probe that had run a stop sign at the intersection of Lee Road 166 and Lee Road 146 Opelika, Alabama.  A passenger inside the vehicle Brenda Ruth Thomas, age 51 of Salem, Alabama was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On March 14, 2006 at approximately 8:33 pm/CST a Lee County Sheriff's Deputy executed a traffic stop on a 1994 Pontiac Firebird that had faulty equipment on the vehicle while traveling on Lee Rd 235 in Smiths Station.  The driver of the vehicle,Lisa Sport Minor, age 36 of Smiths Station, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On March 14, 2006 at approximately 9:30 pm/CST, Lee County Sheriff Deputies attempted to execute an arrest warrant at a residence located at 9064 Lee Road 240 Smiths Station, Alabama.  The Deputies detected a strong smell of freshly burning marijuana while knocking on the door of the residence.  A search of the premises yielded a quantity of methamphetamine, a quantity of marijuana, several diferent controlled tablets, electronic scales and several smoking deivices and pipes.  The home owner, Amy Deree Marshall, age 33 of Smiths Station, was arrested and charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  A guest at the home, Karen Denise Perper, age 41 of Phenix City, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
