The Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of Domestic Violence today on Lee Rd 197 in Phenix City.  When deputies arrived they found Glenn Hall lying wounded outside the residence of Mary M Neel.  Mr. Hall had sustained a gunshot to his lower chest area, he was treated at the scene and then transported to Columbus Medical Center where he passed away.  Deputies recovered a weapon at the residence believed to have been used in the shooting and determined that Mary M. Neel had fired the weapon in question.  She was taken into custody and transported to the Lee County Jail.  She has been charged with Murder and bond has been set.

Glenn Hall was married to Mrs. Neels daughter and had followed her to her mothers residence early this morning, the daughter was inside the residence when the shot was fired.
