CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS

Criminal background checks are done from 8am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.  The cost is $3.00 and is cash only.  They are done only as a request for employment or housing and must be accompanied by a signed waiver on the requesting agencies letterhead.  The individual must also produce a valid form if identification such as an Alabama drivers license, any state issued ID or a current passport.  There willl be no individual background checks givin to anyone without this information.  If you would like to run a criminal background check on yourself, we have forms that can be sent to Montgomery for that information at a cost fo $25.00.  This check will take 6 to 8 weeks.
